At Mecanizados CACE, we adapt to the needs of our client to offer them the best services, thanks to the latest generation machinery that we own.
Pieces machining
In Mecanizados CACE, we work for the main sectors: pharmaceutical, food, chemical industry, textile, graphic industry, laboratories, packaging, machinery for industry in general… We adapt to the needs of our customers by manufacturing prototypes, unit parts, short and long series, and assembled sets.
We work with different types of raw material, always certified: steels, stainless steels, aluminum, technical plastics, copper, brass, etc. Furthermore, in order to offer a complete service, we subcontract heat and surface treatments, always to approved suppliers.
Technical office
In our technical office we have the most advanced CAD-CAM-CAE systems, different softwares and plan translators.
For all manufacturing processes, our team of professionals studies and presents the best proposal, develops plans, programs, roadmaps and processes, determines tools for manufacturing, and establishes intermediate and final control plans.
Quality
Since 2003, Mecanizados CACE has had a Quality Management System certified in accordance with ISO 9001.
We are in continuous development, we invest in training, tools and latest generation machinery, one of our main objectives is the continuous improvement of our capabilities and results.
Our quality department has a wide range of control and measurement instruments. All our equipment is controlled and calibrated according to our calibration plan. Some of our measuring instruments are:
